📝 Product-Wise Refund & Return Policy

1. Fresh Produce (Vegetables, Fruits, Fish, Meat, Dairy, Eggs)

    • No returns after delivery, except for:

      • Spoiled, damaged, or poor-quality items at the time of delivery

    • Customers must check items upon delivery and inform the delivery person immediately if any issue is found

    • Refunds/replacements will be processed within 24 hours of reporting at delivery


2. Frozen Foods & Organic Products

    • Returns accepted only if damaged, spoiled, or tampered upon delivery

    • Once accepted by the customer, no refund/exchange applies


3. Groceries & Packaged Goods (Rice, Lentils, Oil, Salt, Spices, Packaged Foods)

Refund/Replacement allowed only if:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Product is expired or damaged at delivery

    • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

    • Invoice is mandatory for any claims (after 1 hour from delivery, claims without invoice will not be accepted)


4. Daily Essentials & Baby Products

    • Toiletries, personal care, and baby products are non-returnable once opened/used

    • Refund/replacement allowed only if:

      • Wrong product delivered

      • Damaged or defective at delivery

    • Baby food/formula products are strictly non-returnable/non-refundable after delivery

    • Invoice compulsory as proof of purchase


5. Stationery & Household/Office Supplies

    • Returns accepted within 3 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging

    • Defective/damaged items will be refunded or replaced

    • Invoice required for refund/replacement


6. Cooking Gas Cylinders & Heavy Items (e.g., Rice Bags)

    • No return once delivered and seal checked by customer

    • Replacement possible only for leakage or manufacturing defect reported immediately

    • Claims without invoice not accepted beyond 1 hour of delivery


7. In-Store Purchases

    • Same rules as above apply

    • Once products are opened/used after leaving the store, they cannot be returned

    • Invoice required for all claims


8. Delivery & Service Issues

    • If an order is canceled due to stock-out, a full refund will be issued

    • If part of the order is unavailable, customer can receive:

      • Replacement (if agreed), or

      • Refund for those items only

    • Refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or can be adjusted with your next order

    • Normal processing: 1–3 working days

    • In some cases, it may take up to 7 working days depending on bank/payment gateway
