1. Fresh Produce (Vegetables, Fruits, Fish, Meat, Dairy, Eggs)<\/h2>

    • No returns after delivery, except for:<\/p>

      • Spoiled, damaged, or poor-quality items at the time of delivery<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        2. Frozen Foods & Organic Products<\/h2>

            3. Groceries & Packaged Goods (Rice, Lentils, Oil, Salt, Spices, Packaged Foods)<\/h2>

            Refund\/Replacement allowed only if:<\/p>

              • Wrong item delivered<\/p><\/li>

              • Product is expired or damaged at delivery<\/p><\/li>

              • Claims must be reported within\u00a024 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of delivery<\/p><\/li>

              • Invoice is mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0for any claims (after 1 hour from delivery, claims without invoice will not be accepted)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                4. Daily Essentials & Baby Products<\/h2>

                  • Toiletries, personal care, and baby products are\u00a0non-returnable once opened\/used<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

                  • Refund\/replacement allowed only if:<\/p>

                    • Wrong product delivered<\/p><\/li>
