Our outlet is open every day from 8:30 AM to 11:30 PM. Home delivery runs every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Do you deliver? Which areas?
Yes. We deliver across Brahmanbaria Sadar: Moddho Para, Haldar Para, Paikpara, Kawtoli, College Para, Puniauth, Kazi Para, Medda, Pirbari, Birashar, Natai, North Poirtola, South Poirtola, Sherpur, Fulbaria, Bagan Bari, Khoyashar, Gas Field, Kandipara and Murali. Is same-day delivery available?
Yes, same-day delivery is available on many items, depending on stock and product type. Delivery runs every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including most public holidays (no delivery on Eid day and the day after Eid).
How much is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge depends on your delivery area and is shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Free delivery is available on larger orders, with conditions (a minimum order amount, and some products or categories are excluded). Heavy items such as gas cylinders and rice bags may have a separate charge.

Can I send my bazar list instead of choosing items?
Yes. Make a list on the Bazar List page, upload a photo of a handwritten list on the Upload Order page, or send it on WhatsApp. We confirm items and price before delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad and bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), for home delivery and at the outlet.
What products do you sell?
Fresh vegetables, fruits, fish, meat and chicken, eggs and dairy, rice, dal, flour, cooking oil, spices, dry fish, snacks, baby products, toiletries, household items, stationery and gas cylinders. See today's market price and today's offers.

What if an item is damaged or wrong?
Please check your items when they arrive and tell the delivery person straight away. Spoiled, damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded, and stock-outs get a full refund. See our refund and return policy.
